Privacy Policy

The Coaching Protocol is operated by Ricavvo LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company, located at 609A Piner Road, Suite 308, Wilmington, NC 28412. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to your use of The Coaching Protocol and related services (the "Service").

We collect information you give us and information created as you use the Service:

Account information: your email address and a password, which is stored in a hashed form by our authentication provider. We never see your password in plain text.

Content you create: the settings you enter and the class and lesson plans you generate and save.

Billing information: when you subscribe, our payment processor collects and processes your payment details. We receive limited billing data such as your subscription status and the last four digits and card brand of your payment method. We do not store your full card number.

Usage and technical data: basic information such as log data and general usage needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

We use your information to provide and operate the Service, generate the plans you request, process payments and manage your subscription, send you account and transactional messages, respond to support requests, keep the Service secure, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

We share information with a small set of providers who process it on our behalf so the Service can function. Each is bound to use the information only to provide their service to us:

Supabase (authentication and database hosting), Stripe (payment processing), Resend (transactional and account email), Vercel (website and application hosting), and AI providers including Anthropic and Google (generation of class and lesson plans). The settings you submit to generate a plan are sent to the AI provider to produce that plan.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.

When you generate a plan, the inputs you provide are sent to an AI provider to produce the output. We do not include your name or payment details in these requests. Providers may process this data to return a result and in line with their own terms.

We keep your account information and the content you create for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete or de-identify your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we need to keep certain records to meet legal, tax, or security obligations.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can access and update your account information by signing in. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page. You can ask us to delete your account and associated personal information by emailing us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information, such as the right to access, correct, or delete it. The Service is intended for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, such as by email or a notice in the Service. The effective date at the top shows when it was last updated.
